01DOL · Labor certification
The process generally begins with temporary labor certification through the U.S. Department of Labor, based on your seasonal hiring needs.
02USCIS · Employer petition
After certification, the employer submits an H-2 petition to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services for review.
03Workers · Recruitment & coordination
